Tough choice for newly built up DF1 racingcar # 66 for Venray

While Christian Malchárek is fired up at last to race in Elite 2 in Venray, our Elite 1 driver Christophe Bouchet decided due to his current constitution, caused by his horror crash in Valencia, not to race this Whitsunday.
Today DF1 Nascar Racing Team and Christophe Bouchut have to make the difficult announcement, that car 66 with Christophe Bouchet as Elite 1 driver will not start in the Ovalrace in Venray this weekend.
Christophe: „The last weeks I feel daily better, but not entirely recovered from this big crash. To drive in an Oval requires my 100% health, because I always want to fight for a top position. In the moment I am not sure if I can recall this performance. So after long talks the team and myself decided to return in my car# 66 in another two weeks in Brands Hatch.“
DF1 Racing respects Christophe Bouchuts decision and is looking forward having him back in Brands Hatch, hopefully with such a good result like last year, where Christophe was on the podium.
By contrast our Rookie Christian Malchárek, son of Ex-F1 driver Jirko Malchárek, is ready for Venray. In Valencia, Christian was in the role of an „unlucky fellow“ – but this is racing! Now at Raceway Venray, the second raceweekend this season, is his real debut in NASCAR Whelen Euro Series. Our DF1 Racing car #66 and its mechanics will do all efforts only for Christian Malchárek this weekend, to bring him a successfull first NASCAR race expierience.
Christian: „I cannot wait to be in the Oval driving my first lap!“
